Description
Antique 14k yellow gold framed queen conch shell cameo brooch. The frame is yellow gold with a rose gold roped wire twist border. The angel skin pink cameo measures approx. 5/8" x 1/2" and depict a high relief carving of Bacchantes maiden with grape bunches and grape leaves in her hair. The brooch has a c-clasp closure.
Matching pendant is available .
Measurements: 7/8" x 3/4".
Condition: Good. The brooch appears to have been converted quite some time ago from an earring as evidence of solder marks are noticeable in the back at the top and bottom of the frame.
