Description
An antique Victorian 14k yellow gold framed queen conch shell cameo brooch. The frame is yellow gold with a rose gold roped wire twist border. The angel skin pink colored cameo measures approx. 5/8" x 1/2" and depicts a high relief carving of a Greek mythological Bacchantes maiden with grape bunches and grape leaves in her hair. The pendant has a large bail.
Matching brooch is available and shown in the last picture. This listing is for the pendant only.
Weight: Weighs 4.4 grams.
Measurements: Pendant measures 1 1/4" in length by 3/4" in width.
Condition: Good. The rope wire twist border on the pendant is a replacement.
