What will this appraisal report include?

• Your item will be assessed in person by appointment. 
• Notes are taken that include measurements, actual weights, metal testing and quality assessment. 
• Gemstone identification testing if needed, color and clarity grading and plotting diagrams for major gemstones.
• Multiple digital images are taken of each item.
• A full accurate description will be provided along with an opinion of condition.
• It will be noted if an item is original, a reproduction or if it's undetermined. 
• The condition of the item it noted as well as any repairs, alterations, replaced parts or gemstones if noticeable during examination.
• Your item will be thoroughly researched with current data for cost and/or replacement valuation in the market that is appropriate for the scope of the appraisal.
• An opinion of value is determined based on the type of appraisal requested. 

This is a full service appraisal and all appraisals are conducted in person and are charged by the item. The first item is $125.00 and $80 each when 2 or more. Appraisals can be done while you wait (limited to 3 items maximum) or by drop off in the morning and pickup in the afternoon. Once the research is completed, you will receive your report by mail and/or emailed in digital format when completed. The report is accepted by all insurers and meet Federal requirements for estate and legal purposes.
