Ordering deadlines
- Made to order and special order finished jewelry that requires stone setting services- Dec. 10th noon Eastern time zone.
- All manufacturer stocked and made to order items that do not require stone setting - Dec. 19th noon Eastern time zone but must have USPS Express 1 to 2 shipping or Fedex overnight to arrive by the 24th.
- In stock finished jewelry, jewelry parts, findings, loose stones and supplies - Monday Dec. 23rd 4:00pm Eastern time zone.
- Last shipping day - Tuesday Dec. 23rd 11am Eastern time
- If you are not sure what your item is classified as just inquire.
Made to order, manufacturer stocked and special order jewelry that we are setting gemstones into must be placed by noon Eastern time zone on Dec. 11th. All other jewelry and made to order items that only require casting services and are not having gemstones set or resized have a Dec. 18th noon Eastern time deadline. These deadlines have to be met in order to guaranty your gift to arrive prior to or by Dec. 24th. After the Dec. 11th casting runs all made to order jewelry set with our stones will be subject to availability and in stock alternate selections can be suggested. Parts and findings deadline is Dec. 22nd 4:00pm Eastern time zone. Our last shipping day will be Tuesday Dec. 23rd. We strongly urge orders to placed as early as possible due to heavier than normal sales volume. Last minute orders on the last shipping day are fulfilled on a first in first out basis and may not be processed in time to ship.
All shipments are fully-insured and are sent Delivery Confirmation or Signature Required depending on value. The suggested shipment time frame is noted in the description of each product listing. However only Express Mail is guaranteed. If you have a special shipping request for Fedex, UPS or would like to expedite the delivery of your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to accommodate you if possible.

During 'Free Shipping' Promotions if you return items shipped using any applicable free shipping promotion, and your order drops below the threshold amount or you return for a refund, the appropriate shipping fee will deducted from the refund.

Extended returns
Gifts purchased from Nov. 1st to December 24th may be returned until January 15th for a full refund to the original method of payment minus shipping fees. Refer to our Return Policy page for instructions on preparing your package. Gift recipients may exchange or return an item for in-store credit or refund to the purchaser.

Gift options
- All our retail jewelry is packaged in appropriate presentation boxes ready for gift giving free of charge.
- Silver gifts are boxed in embossed paper lined presentation boxes or large black utility gift box, depending on size.
- Gold gifts are boxed in blue leatherette/velour presentation boxes or large white or blue presentation boxes depending on size.
- Gift message: Include a gift message, printed directly on the packing slip. A gift receipt will be generated that will not include pricing.
- Optional gift wrapping for $3.50 - Go to gift wrapping
- Gift wrapping: Send your item beautifully displayed in a gift box that is wrapped in white satin striped paper and gold or black tulle ribbon.
- Gift card: Included when you select gift wrapping is a die cut mini gift card that opens by lifting the 'lid' just like a treasure box to reveal a scrolled message on the inside. These Victorian designed cards are in the Victorian & Albert museum collection.
