Description
An antique 1910's 18k white gold pierced open work step designed diamond engagement ring. Having a .16 carat Old European cut diamond that is bead set in an illusion head. The diamond is VVS in clarity, F in color. Stamped 18k. Weighs 2.2 grams.
Measurements: Ring size 6. Measures 1/4" wide across the top by 1/4" in height.
Condition: The setting has considerable wear and is very thin at the bottom of the shank. The sides are also very thin, worn through from rubbing against a wedding band. Still lots of life left in this ring. It will benefit from a 1/2 shank replacement at some point and being soldered to a wedding band will protect the sides.
