Description
Description: Antique 14k rose gold etched taille d'epargne enamel earrings. Having an 21x15.5mm oval disk shape earrings with ornamentation. The earrings have a textured or stippled surface with an antiqued (oxidized) outer edging and a rose gold center section that is separated by an oval ring of black enamel tracery, also known as taille d'epargne. On each earrings is a bar shaped ornamentation. The french ear wires have a safety hook at the bottom. Unmarked but electronically tested 14k. Circa. 1870's.
Each earring measures 1" including ear wires by 5/8" wide.
Condition: Excellent with the exception of some very minor enamel loss at the bottom of one earring.
